Dönüşümcü Liderlik Tarzı ile Örgütsel İnovasyon Arasındaki İlişki: Kavramsal İnceleme

Çalışmanın amacı dönüşümcü liderlik tarzı ve örgütsel inovasyon hakkında bir kavramsal çerçeve oluşturmaktır. Uzun yıllardır araştırma konusu olan dönüşümcü liderlik tarzı örgütlerde nihai hedef olan örgütsel verimliliği ve örgütsel performansı arttırmada bir araç olarak kullanılmaktadır. Diğer taraftan örgütsel performansı arttırmada örgütsel inovasyon kilit rol oynamaktadır. Örgütsel inovasyonun alt boyutları olan ürün, süreç, pazar, davranış ve stratejik inovasyon kavramları günümüz alan yazında sıkça araştırılmaktadır. Çalışmada örgütlerin performanslarını arttırmak için temel kaynaklar olan dönüşümcü liderlik tarzı ve örgütsel inovasyon kavramlarının ilişkisi incelenmiş ve daha önce bu iki kavramın ilikisini inceleyen çalışmalara yer verilmiştir. Sonuç olarak iki kavram arasında pozitif ilişki bulan ampirik çalışmaların yanı sıra negatif ilişki bulan çalışmalar da mevcuttur.
